Good Bye AFSers 09-10

First of all I have to say that I was the big-leader at this camp. I took time to sit down to organize things that have to be done before the camp. The camp was located in Oslo area in periode: 30th June - 3rd July 2010. I had a great time there with the AFSers and I really enjoyed being a leader... Allthough there were too much to take care of sometimes.

The second: I work as voluteer for AFS. Why do I do that? I do that because I have been on an exchange year with AFS once, in Switzerland, and because of this exchange organisation I had the best year of my life! AFS has brought a lot of good experiences and memories into my life, so I felt guilty and wanted to give something back. Therefore I wanted to work as a volenteer for them. I LOVE YOU, AFS!

I took a buch of pictures during the camp, so I will just pick some to post here. I will not explain you what we actually did there, because that will take like 2 metres the write... Let's have a look at the pictures instead!

I trust SAS.

Poor juice box. It turns out to be AFS juice. Just because we love AFS so much!

2nd day. We play a lot of games in AFS camps.

Still playing the same game.

Pasta salad. The best AFS luch you can ever get!

The shool that we stayed at.

AFS Thailand with his Norway T-shirt. I like this one.

AFS Indonasia says good bye to everyone. She has to leave Norway a day before the others. I miss her!

On the way to Vigelandsparken.

These two scultures welcomed us. Seriously, but not really..

Yep, been there done that.

This was the one of the halarious moment. This old guy wanted to stand amongs young girls and be taken picture with them. He was kind of cool thoug, as you can see how he pose.

The main leader and the oldest leader on the camp with AFS t-shirts!

Haha, me trying to be pretty.

This is art.

This too.

This is a funny art.

I thought: Look at the birds... I wish I could fly!

Oh, here we go.. The seat was way to high for me. This is actually other's city-bicycle...

Happy AFSers: from left AFS Netherland and Hong Kong

AFS Thailand. I miss you!

On the departure day at the airport where over 100 AFSers are gathered, included voluteers and other important people from the AFS office... I guess we were about 200 people there.

This is Gardemoen.

The leader greets you, thai style.

Standing in line to check the bagages... It is soon time to leave..

Good bye AFSers. I hope to see you again some day!

After this AFS camp I dreamed about the AFS students, especially they from Thailand, because I had a lot of contact with them during their exchange year... Ah, I have to admit that I miss you guys a lot, you made my break-year so much more exciting! LOVE YOU!
